Dehradun| Himalayan School of Management Studies (HSMS) at Swami Rama Himalayan University (SRHU), invited Cyber Expert Mr. Ankur Chandrakant to prompt students on Cyber Security and Secure Transactions over Online Cash Wallets, as the Himalayan School of Management Studies (HSMS) has organised a fruitful Digital India week across the university.
The Module Topic was Cyber Security and Secure Payment Methods. To impart best expert guidelines on the sensitive and essential subject, SRHU had invited Mr. CHANDRAKANT, Sr. Cyber Security and Forensic Expert, to interact with students of HSMS. Over 100 students of BBA, MBA attended the programme.
Expert shared his case studies, skill-set techniques with the students o to safeguard their social media world, secure payment tips, mitigate cyber frauds pertaining online banking scams, lottery scams and many more.
Cyber Expert Mr. Chandrakant added, “I felt ecstatic to be invited at SRHU, as I love interacting with students of various background and potential. Students were very sport and receptive, best audience till date. Interaction was quite healthy. That 90 minutes session was not suffice, as the student’s enthusiasm and interaction was wonderful. Administrative department of the college took great initiative to introduce such crucial and essential trends to the students as well as other fellow Faculty.
Mr. Ravindra Sharma made it all easy for me as he introduced me to Dean of the college. Rest all was a cake walk. Students were prompted to download “Cyber Radix” app from Play store to get latest technology updates and register their Cyber Issue / Complaints anonymously.”
To do the Honours and felicitation of Cyber Expert Mr. Chandrakant, Dean Prof S.P Thapliyal, HOD Prof. S.R Sharma, Mr.Ravindra Sharma Assistant professor (co-ordinator digital india week programs), Dr Sonam Bhadoriya Assistant Professor (organizing member digital india program), Mr.Amar Sathe Assistant Professor (organizing member digital india program) were available during the event.
